Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days. This excludes public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. We are only accepting local orders at the moment and do not have international shipping ready yet.

Exchange Policy

Items that are bought online & in-stores can be exchanged under certain circumstances within thirty (30) days only. The 30-day exchange period will start upon completion of payment transactions done in-stores or upon receiving an order confirmation email for online purchases. Exchange is subjected to item & size availability. Items that are brought in-store for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered & in their original packaging with the tag attached. All items can only be exchanged once. In the event that the item, size or colour that you're planning to exchange with us is out of stock, you can exchange it for another item of the same or higher value. If the replacement item is priced at a higher value, please note that you will bare the difference in cost. Items that were bought during a promotion or sale is not eligible for an exchange. Please ensure that you have selected the correct size & colour before purchase. All exchanges are to be made in our physical stores in Singapore only. To check on an item's availability, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp or drop us a call based on our outlet's contact number. Ms New reserves all rights to change and/or revise our store policies & to reject any items for exchanges that do not meet our requirements.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept any refunds. Kindly check your cart thoroughly before placing placing an order with us. If you have received a defective item, we sincerely apologize for our oversight. Please send us an email with screenshots attached of the defective item. We will do an exchange for you if the item is still available.
